Fire Cider
- 1L Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Orange, Sliced
- 1 Lemon, Sliced
- 3 Crushed Garlic
- 2cm Ginger, roughly chopped
- 1tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Sprig Rosemary
- 1 Chilli, in half
- 3 Cloves
1. Place everything into a sterile jar, give it a little shake, and leave the jar on a shelf for a few weeks to infuse. That's it!
2. Have a teaspoon a day with a little honey to help with the acidity and keep that doctor away! It keeps fine on the shelf and, if anything, improves with age. If you are happy with the flavour, strain it off and bottle it.
